The Practice

MEET DR. KHAN’S STAFF;

 Doctor Khan takes great pride in his hand picked staff.  He has trained each staff to meeting his patient’s individual needs.  He and his wife Elaine work  together to create a practice to be proud of.

 The family like atmosphere of Dr. Khan’s practice is well known in the Fort Worth Community.  Dr. Khan’s Secretary, Ginger Davis has been employed  by Dr. Khan for 30 years.   She has established  a rapport with Dr. Khan’s patients that  makes Dr. Khan’s practice unique.  No message machines, no voice mail is the rule established by Ginger when taking care of Dr. Khan’s patients.  When you have a patient who wants surgery or has had surgery, a message machine does not have the answers.   If you want to talk to Ginger she will be available to you for your questions and your needs. 

 Jennie Cole, Medical Assistant, Dr. Khan’s Senior Nurse has been trained in the preoperative and postoperative care of Dr. Khan’s patients.  Her  knowledge comes from 17 years experience in the field of plastic surgery.  She is also trained in the art of nipple pigmentation for  post mastectomy patients. 

 Ashley Bowling, Medical Assistant, Dr. Khan’s Junior Nurse is currently attending night school in her future goal to become a registered nurse.  She has shown to be an excellent junior nurse and assists Jennie and Dr. Khan with preoperative and postoperative  patient care. 

 Molly Burrough is the accounts manager for Dr. Khan.  Molly has worked for Dr. Khan 20 years and is knowledgeable in the insurance billing and managed care programs  associated with Dr. Khan’s medical insurance practice.   Molly’s experience with medical coding assists patients in providing the appropriate reimbursement from their insurance for coverage on their medical procedures.

 Gerry Davis is the Coordinator for Dr. Khan’s post mastectomy patients.  Gerry a breast cancer survivor herself is knowledgeable in the breast reconstruction  techniques Dr. Khan provides his patients.  She is quite active in the America Cancer Society’s Reach to Recovery Program and has a support chain available for the mastectomy patient’s needs.  Gerry has most of the answers for women going through this difficult time, and if she does not, she knows the person who does.
